Nicole and Brandon are both huge music fans so they wanted to incorporate music into as many details of their wedding as possible. From the invitations which were record and cassette tape designs, to the flowers made from sheet music and even the centrepiece which were all instruments. The favours were guitar picks, magnets, buttons and stickers and were set up like a merch table and the music that played throughout and the reception was a combination of guest requests (which they asked on the RSVP cards) and their own favourites

Both big music fans, Broden and Marnie met at a Jezabels gig in Brisbane. They bonded quickly, geeking out over their mutual music taste, and after exchanging thousands of messaged post-gig, they became a couple. They didn't officially get engaged in the traditional sense. They were apart for a few months (Marnie in London and Broden in Australia) and one night during a marathon five-hour Skype call they just kind of mutually decided that they should get married. Instead of an engagement ring for either of them, they got matching mallard duck tattoos on their chests.

Ali and Robin built their entire June wedding day around their loves and interests, and more than anything - they wanted to bring people together to have fun. They day was heavily influenced by film and music with popcorn on seats for guests and a playlist of their favourite film scores before the ceremony. Their tables were named after locations in their favourite films, which they then included in a question in the pub quiz they hosted before dinner.

As they planned everything from Hong Kong, where they now live, they didn't see it until two days before the wedding but it ended up being completely perfect for what they wanted. Alright, we need to talk about one of the greatest destination weddings I've probably ever seen: Cara and Tod's insanely awesome, super colourful, don't-give-a-fuck Ibiza wedding! The groom wore a silver sequin jacket and his groomsmen were in NEON PINK SHORT SUITS. I kid you not, you will never have seen a wedding quite like this one before. Oh and there were real life mermaids at their reception - NBD.
