With a theme of 'love and family (but also Harry Potter)', if the photos don't make you beam, the words from the lovely Jon will! When asked what makes their wedding particularly alternative, he answered "I married the greatest woman alive... also, Kate Nash played our reception and it was awesome!" Kerry and Dan didn't have a pre-determined theme, they just wanted to include little bits of everything they love. Little nods to lots of different elements came together to produce a wedding that felt totally 'them'. From the Star Wars posters as table markers, to the homemade cake, DIY flowers and all the decor that they did entirely themselves. They were massively inspired by the weddings featured on Rock n Roll Bride and of course, good old Pinterest.

Mary and Benton chose a Beatles themed wedding because, well, who doesn’t love the Beatles?! They are both graphic designers by trade, so details are super important to them. They went to town with thinking of all the little touches they could make for their Beatlemania themed wedding; they designed all their own stationery - from their concert style invites to their Yellow Submarine themed orders of service, record style save the dates (complete with personalised album covers!) and ticket stump style RSVPs.

Music holds a special place in Katie and Darren’s heart - both musicians, Darren proposed at the gig of one of their favourite bands, and were introduced through musical friends. They’ve always liked to do things a little differently, and so it was obvious from the start that their wedding wouldn’t be predictable. He must’ve seen beneath her yellow exterior as they’ve been inseparable ever since.
