Beth studied horticulture in college, and loved visiting The Exotic Garden during a class trip there years ago. So when she and Harrison started planning their wedding, she thought it would be an amazing place to have the ceremony. The reception was held at The Birdcage, a bar in the heart of the Norwich Lanes. The combination of both of these spaces worked perfectly for their colourful, creative wedding.

Lovers of all things Disney, Sarah and Jerrerd knew they had to have a Disney themed wedding. "We got to Disneyland and Disney World together every year and the movie Up is our favourite", said the bride, "hence the mailbox and the adventure badges for our pins at the wedding. We also both have Disney tattoos and our two pups are named Meeko and Tug after some of our favourite characters."

Anne-Marie and Patrick flew out to the Nevada desert for their elopement. They hired Victoria of Flora Pop to officiant their intimate ceremony. "I had been looking at weddings on Rock n Roll Bride for three years!", said the bride, "So I knew I wanted something quirky and with kawaii style for our wedding. We wanted to keep things small and just for us - this definitely wasn't the usual traditional wedding. It was just like we wanted. About two people in love, not about everyone else, just us."

Nicola and Joe were married at Mountain View Farm in Cape Town which is a five minute drive from where the bride's parent's live. The couple now live in Abu Dhabi but wanted to return to the bride's home for their wedding. "Our wedding was loving, full and chilled", the bride explained. "We live in the UAE so this was a destination wedding for us, even though my family still lives in South Africa. Joe is from England and so we had a big crowd of our friends from the UK and Abu Dhabi too. As Joe is a firefighter we had to do some photos in the local fire station!"

"We met 8 years ago when we were both students at Central Sussex College and were instantly attracted to each other", explained Polly. Fee and Steve's fabulously colourful, budget friendly wedding took place at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall in Cambridgeshire. "We wanted a fun day that we were both involved in", Fee explained. "We didn't wait it to just be about the bride, but both of us equally. Lots of colour was involved, and guests were requested to leave office attire at home! We both wanted to have a day that was about us, so we ensured that we included as much about us as possible. Early on in the planning we trawled wedding blogs, but mainly just looked at Rock n Roll Bride as we found that is was the only blog that included low budget weddings, and weddings that encompassed different themes."

We are also lovers of the colours black and red so it all just fell in to place really."
