The Wellbeing Farm in Lancashire was the perfect venue for Christie and Kurt's informal wedding. They have a colour scheme because they wanted something more organic and mismatched. "We tried not to have a proper theme as we thought more mismatched would be better", said the bride. "However a 'no theme' theme was pretty impossible because when you start buying you naturally gravitate towards similar things."

Kat and Brent were married in July after a five and a half year engagement and nine years together! They wanted their wedding to be family focused and relaxed. "Our wedding was a family camping trip with a wedding thrown in the middle of it", explained Kat. "It was a Wes Anderson picnic meets garden party meets Oregonian wedding. We are not religious, nor traditional, or even that young (I’m 31 and Brent is 34). I guess our main theme was 'us'. We didn’t do anything in the wedding that didn’t feel 100% right for us."

Beth and Zac wanted their wedding to be relaxing and described their wedding theme as 'fun, festival like, colourful, DIY and eco-friendly. "My main inspiration was the big BBQs and garden parties my parents had when I was growing up – everyone could just relax, help themselves to food and drink and just have a good time!" explained Beth. "I've never really like being the centre of attention, or feeling like I'm causing a fuss (table service in a restaurant is awkward enough for me) and Zac has never been one for formalities. So we both knew we wanted something relaxed and easy going."

Manda and Harry didn't have one specific wedding theme, they brought lots of things that they love into the mix. "Our wedding was a combination of VW Campervans, the 1950s, festivals, geekiness, colour, food, foxes and a hearty dollop of glitter!" said the bride, “We also wanted to use local produce, local flowers, and local vendors because we love Somerset and wanted to celebrate it too."
