Renee and Richie love candles but aren't big fans of flowers, so they decided to not have any at their November wedding. Instead they incorporated fog machines, smoke bombs and candles to create a spooky ambience on the day. The bridesmaids carried incense burners, and as the couple walked up the aisle to be wed, they lit candles held by their guests to guide them. They were also heavily inspired tarot cards, incorporating them in the invitations, signs and centrepieces at the reception.

Rock n Roll Bride is a wedding magazine for people that hate wedding magazines. This is why I started my entire business, as the antithesis to everything I disliked about the wedding world while I was planning my own wedding. Nothing about that has changed, in fact, I think it's something we're leaning into even more as the brand and business has grown. We really just want to show you that you DO NOT HAVE to have what's trendy, popular, cool or 'normal' when you get married. The landscape of the wedding industry looks very different in 2020 than it did in 2007, but there is still so much work to do. There are still things to question, things to shake up and convention and expectation to reject. It's our job to show you the way, it's your job to make your own decisions about what you want and DO NOT WANT your wedding to be. If you agree with me then you are going to LOVE the latest issue of Rock n Roll Bride magazine, which is on pre-sale today!

Arlene and Lee love the fifties aesthetic, rockabilly and hot rods. So, when it came to setting a theme for their summer wedding, there was no question what it would be! They chose Tomlinson's Farm Shop and Camping field for both the ceremony and and reception. Although they were the first wedding that had ever been held there, they knew it was perfect for their vision as soon as they visited. They loved the views and the owners were so accommodating - they even supplied the haybales.
