Dan and Cara's woodland wedding ceremony was pulled together in just 24 hours! Having their big summer wedding postponed for obvious reasons, they changed their plans to have a smaller wedding in November. However, then a second lockdown was announced just two days before they were due to get married, it meant their previously COVID-secure wedding was now a no-go too! With the help of the wedding planner at Cheshire Woodland Weddings, the registrars and their families, they re-arranged everything in just one day and were able to have their 13-guest ceremony on November 7th.

Emmanuelle and Terence had originally planned to get married at her parents house in Canada. With the global pandemic, it was impossible to have their families reunited and keep all their guests safe, so they decided to push back the family and friends wedding and elope. After three-years long distance, the couple decided that they couldn’t wait any longer to get married and live together. They now reside in Delaware with Emmanuelle’s son, their pet cat and newly adopted puppy. The most important thing for them was being together as a family.

However as the pair have lived apart for 4 1/2 years of their five year relationship (the groom lived in Ohio and the bride in New York), they just wanted to be married already. Unintentionally, Vicky and Jake's September became vintage London themed because they wanted to show off the city that they love. They chose Chelsea Old Town Hall as both their ceremony and reception venue, booked a vintage double decker red bus and planned their photos around some of the most iconic tourist attractions. Décor and theme wise they did keep things pretty simple, choosing simple DIY floral arrangements that let the venue be the star of the show.

Despite having a mostly outdoor day planned, and it being scorching hot the week before, it chucked it down all day. Rather than stress about it through, they grabbed some umbrellas, moved their ceremony inside the tipi and embraced the chaos.
