Dianna and Nathan are big fans of Lord of the Rings, but aren't fans of being the centre of attention. They decided that an elopement (from one hemisphere to the other!) and a ceremony held in The Shire-esque Puck's Glen in Scotland was the perfect solution, especially as a forest location was high on the wish list for their day.Read more...

After being in a relationship for five years (three and a half of which were long distance!) Haylea and Justin bought their first house together in November 2016. The day they closed the sale Justin proposed in the empty dining room of their new home. They wanted their wedding to be non-traditional, like their relationship, so they decided to elope and were inspired by old school Vegas vibes.Read more...

Heather and Riley are met in Afghanistan in 2013 when they were both deployed to Kandahar from their respective countries (Riley from Australia and Heather from the US). At the time of their wedding Riley was still deployed in Iraq and flew out to Vegas for their ceremony! He then had to return to Iraq immediately after their honeymoon, just two weeks later. They wanted their wedding to be a bit of old Hollywood glam mixed with some of their favourite things including tacos, Harley Quinn, the Joker, Batman and tattoos!Read more...

Is there any wedding more Rock n Roll Bride than a Vegas elopement and a silver sequin dress? Getting married in December with a £6000 budget, Nic and Loz decided Sin City was the perfect spot for them. The ceremony was held at The Little White Wedding Chapel and afterwards they wandered around Fremont Street, Seven Magic Mountains, the Vegas Sign and Caesars Palace for photos. They ended the night with a 30 inch pizza from Pin Up Pizza which they ate back in their hotel room.Read more...

Elopements are probably one of my favourite kinds of weddings to publish. There's just something so romantic and so 'We don't give a fuck what you think' about them. Plus, when a couple elopes somewhere as spectacularly beautiful as Iceland, you just know the photographs are going to be completely and utterly wonderful.Read more...

When a bride and groom meet at a tattoo studio, you just know that's going to become part of their wedding too! Sadie and Ped met when she booked him to do her first big tattoo. Linsey and Andrew have a mutual love of black and vintage as well as moody, dramatic landscapes. They wanted their wedding day to encompass all these things so it truly represent them. They also wanted their day to just be about them, so they decided to elope. They decided not to tell anyone about the wedding beforehand and thought the isolated landscape of Iceland was the perfect place However there were actually three people involved because Linsey was pregnant!Read more...

Diana and Jason had already booked a month long holiday to Europe together, when a friend suggested the idea of eloping. Straight away they knew it was perfect for them! Neither of them wanted a huge middle-eastern wedding (which is the tradition in Diana's family) so their month long holiday turned into a pre and post wedding honeymoon!Read more...

It's no big secret that I love Las Vegas and it's weddings! I've been four times now and I'm always desperate for an excuse to go back. On my last trip we visited and fell in love with Red Rock Canyon, which is just a 25 minute car journey away from the Strip. It has to be one of the most beautiful and dramatic landscapes I've ever seen with my own eyes so you can imagine how much I love that Jen and Mike shot their wedding day portraits there!Read more...
