and friends at the start of December, but they didn't get the legal bit sorted out at the same time. Just before Christmas, the couple needed to attend Warwick Registry office to sign the papers. However, they didn't just want to go down in their wedding outfits or jeans, they wanted to make it fun and so opted to hire their photographer again and dress as Batman and Snow White, because why the hell not, right? A few of their theatre friends and besties came along, also dressed as their favourite Marvel or Disney characters and they got some truly memorable photos of the day.

Retro & Disney Inspired Wedding on Southend Pier

Charlotte and Jack's wedding had a really unique location - Southend Pier! The day had a retro theme with Disney references throughout. "Our wedding theme was 'Grease meets the Great British Seaside!'", said the bride. "We were inspired by lots of wedding blogs, especially Rock n Roll Bride! We saw so many couples who had a day that reflected them and that's what inspired us to plan a wedding that people would describe as completely us. Also, we saw so many weddings that looked like they and the guests were having a total blast, so we wanted to have a day full of fun!"

Alternative Disney Themed Wedding

Viki and Ben's wedding day was princess themed, but with added personality. Their official theme was 'Alternative Disney' and they were inspired by The Magic Kingdom and the fact that Viki, who is covered in Disney tattoos, had always adored the idea of a huge sparkly dress and a beautiful backdrop. Their cake was Beauty and the Beast themed, the bride's dress was the Cinderella gown from Alfred Angelo and they took their photos with a Disney inspired prop book.

Low Key Wedding at Oxford University

They met whilst both studying at Oxford University, so when Xandra and Steve got married that's where they wanted to do it. "We met at the Oxford University Mountaineering Club during our undergraduate studies," said the bride. "We had just moved to Edinburgh, so our initial plan was to have the celebrations there. Because we were not too familiar with the city, we found ourselves looking at wedding-packaged things, which felt too traditional. We eventually decided on Exeter College as a venue because it is a special place for both of us. From there, every detail had to feel awesome; I wanted every penny to support a business that I truly believed in and loved."
