wedding. They in October at Allenby Farm in Be'er Ya'akov, Israel. with 60 guests. Their friends and family came in costumes, a friend officiated the ceremony (while wearing a cape) and the bride designed and painted the artwork for the invitations, signage, table numbers and labels for the cider bottles inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas (featuring their cats). Alex also opted to wear a purple dress which she designed herself and had a local seamstress make for her.Read more...

If you read Rock n Roll Bride magazine, you may recognise today's bride, Emma, because she writes the home décor column in every issue. She's also an interiors blogger and if you're looking for retro/ 60s/ 70s/ rock n roll inspo for your own home you need to check her website and Instagram out!. When she told us she was getting married to her beau, Josh, last November, and doing so in true Rock n Roll, laidback fashion, we just KNEW it would be a super stylish day that screamed them.Read more...

I was lucky enough to have a flying visit to the adults-only, sister property to Labriz Resort & Spa on my trip to the Seychelles late last year. Hilton Northolme Resort & Spa is vastly different to Labriz (which is located on an island off the mainland) as it is found on Mahé, just a 30 minute drive from the airport and a stone's throw from the famous Beau-Vallon Beach.Read more...

and friends at the start of December, but they didn't get the legal bit sorted out at the same time. Just before Christmas, the couple needed to attend Warwick Registry office to sign the papers. However, they didn't just want to go down in their wedding outfits or jeans, they wanted to make it fun and so opted to hire their photographer again and dress as Batman and Snow White, because why the hell not, right? A few of their theatre friends and besties came along, also dressed as their favourite Marvel or Disney characters and they got some truly memorable photos of the day.Read more...

Issue 41, the gothic issue, featured one of my all time favourite shoots (do I always say this? Yes, probably!) We wanted to elevate the idea of a gothic bride and to create a shoot with a high end, high fashion feel, yet something still super attainable for anyone wanting to embrace the dark side.Read more...

Sophie and Michael's love of Tim Burton movies, particularly, Nightmare Before Christmas, inspired their November wedding. They were influenced by the aesthetics of Halloween Town, which is dark and creepy but has pops of colour. The bride had a black and white striped dress made for her by Rosie Red Corsetry & Couture which she wore with an OGSquad crown. The decorations were all homemade and their handfasting ceremony, led by a friend, featured the vows from Corpse Bride.Read more...

may look familiar because we featured their Tropical Cosmic Wonderland wedding in Mexico inside. Choosing to have a destination wedding did mean that many of their loved ones couldn't attend though, so they decided to have a second reception at home. They hosted it in their own property, The Real Magic House, which they also hire out for events. The day had a vintage circus theme and guests were encouraged to dress the part... which they did!Read more...

Sanne and Asger planned everything themselves for their October wedding. It took a long time, but they wouldn't have had it any other way. The groom's love of biking and bicycles and the bride's love of autumnal colours and flowers set the theme for the day, which was held at Kasmoselund, a farm and coffee roastery. The groom and best man even arrived to the ceremony by bicycle!Read more...
