Matt and Lilly were married in Vermont at the groom's parents' place. Kenzie and Jeremy had one goal for their August wedding - to break Vegas! "As soon as we got engaged we knew we didn't want a typical wedding", said the bride. "We didn't want anything in a church, or anything really traditional. We also knew we didn't want to have anything huge, and one way to eliminate a massive guest list is to make it a destination wedding."Read more...

That old cliché that beauty comes from within isn't just referring to your sparkling personality. If you want to look great on the outside, then you really do have to focus on what's going on inside your body too. You can't expect to have amazing glowing skin, flowing healthy locks and a twinkle in your eye if you're drinking booze like its going out of fashion and eating junk food all day. If only life wasn't so cruel!Read more...

I hope you've all had a fabulous week. Have you managed to nab yourself a copy of Rock n Roll Bride magazine yet? It's been SO EXCITING seeing all your posts on Instagram, it makes me so incredibly happy, I can't even tell you. As you read this I'll be boarding my flight to San Francisco where I'm heading for the penultimate Blogcademy worksho this weekend. I'm then off to New York for the last ever class (sob!) but not before stopping off in Orlando for a celebratory blow out at Disneyworld! I've never been and I'm super, duper excited. Has anyone got any tips for me? I've heard it's as big as some American cities and my brain just can't comprehend that scale!Read more...

Tams & Richie were married in County Wicklow, Ireland, in March. Their day was both glamorous and laid back, with a fun-filled festival theme. "We had been bashing our heads against a wall trying to think of a 'theme' for ages, and we landed with Old Hollywood Glamour", began Tams. "I was doing all of the invitations, props, design, look and feel myself, and I began to get really uncomfortable with the whole Hollywood theme and when people started referencing The Great Gatsby, it really didn't settle well. It’s a beautiful, stylised theme and I envy anyone who can pull it off, but it just wasn't us."Read more...

Rock n Roll Bride magazine is an unstoppable force. Every single day I receive comments and emails from brides and grooms that are thrilled that it exists. There is no other wedding magazine that caters to couples wanting to plan a wedding that's a bit left field: From extravagant Alice in Wonderland weddings to quirky pub parties, from budget backyard shindigs to achingly cool elopements, and from gothic wonders to collaborative DIY celebrations! I am extremely proud that Rock n Roll Bride shows such diversity.Read more...

Kat and Matt wanted anything but a traditional wedding. They started the day by having their ceremony at Old Wardour Castle in Salisbury. "We love looking around castles and historical sites, so finding a ruined castle licensed for weddings was amazingly perfect!"Read more...
