This April wedding was a strong female-led affair with both brides being walked down the aisle by their mothers and the cake and flowers being made by Carleigh's. She even surprised them by putting pictures of some of their favourite people on the bouquets - those that had either passed away and were unable to attend their special day. John and Chris toyed with returning to Vegas to get married after getting engaged there in September 2015, but with young family it wouldn't have been practical, so they set about finding the perfect venue for them to be able to give their big day the feel of the glitz and glam of Vegas! Held at Ingliston Country Club in Bishopton outside of Glasgow, they worked with the coordinator there over a three year engagement to create a day that everyone would remember - and a strict ‘no hat, no entry’ policy to boot!

Bren and Cha's spring wedding in Dublin was all about the fun. They moved between two venues in the city: The country pub, Anglers Rest, for the ceremony and then on to the reception at their favourite nightclub. The Grand Social. The bride paid €50 for her dress in a charity shop and got it customised to suit her style. Chucky and the Bride of Chucky made multiple appearances, and their friends played a huge part in the day from making the bouquet, decorating the reception venue, DJing, to making the wedding cake.

They chose pink and black as their colour scheme, and their theme was a mix of Converse trainers (which they both love) and music! "We wanted to show our different personalities on our wedding day, so we started planning the wedding with just a black and pink theme", said the bride. "Ajay was a rocker before becoming a lawyer and he’s still the vocalist of a rock band, loves wearing black shirts, and listens to Metallica. I, on the other hand, am a girly-girl.
