When organising our Blogcademy party in London this summer, top of my list of things to get right was a killer bar. I mean, it's not a celebration without cocktails is it?! When I discovered Pigs Bladder And Petticoat I knew I'd found the babes for us. Looking back at my own wedding day, there's only one thing missing. The day was, for all intents and purposes, completely perfect, and while there might be a few stylistic things we'd do differently now, the day went off without a hitch. My only real regret about our wedding is that we didn't have a videographer. As the memories of that amazing day started to fade, I wished there was some footage I could look back on to relive those precious and fleeting moments. Unfortunately it just wasn't in our budget. Hands up if you love a photo booth. Yeah, me too. I can't pass one by without quickly hopping in, it's a compulsion! My favourite kind of booths are those genuinely old ones though. The ones where you don't get a preview before the strips are printed out (the anticipation!) and the prints come out on lovely thick paper, in proper black and white ink.Read more...
