But this aaamazing 'Uptown meets Downtown' shoot which was put together by Adrienne Colosimo of Bespoke Affairs (I featured her own wedding nearly exactly a year ago!) and photographer Danny Weiss. I'm sorry but this shoot makes me want to live in New York even more...and I want to wear that Annlum Red / Anna Zhu couture wedding gown with biker boots and a leather jacket literally every day I'm there

J & Meridith are not only uuuuber stylish but their story is so adorable that I just had to share. After dating for just 3 months, the pair eloped in Vegas (last month!) They then drove to Knoxville to be photographed by the super fabulous Tara Kneiser of Dixie Pixel Photography. Her stunner of a dress was from Express.

I found Olya & Denis' wonderful anniversary shoot, taken by Russian photographer Zaporozhets Sergey and knew I had to feature it. I know someone is going to fall in love with this girl's acid bright neon and purple Asya Zhukova dress and her fab homemade birdcage-style-veil. This shoot looks like an utter blast!

The pair employed no wedding vendors (except photographer Amber Hughes) for their wedding. They did the whole thing themselves and did it in style to boot! No expensive venue (they got married at home and had their wedding day shoot at Seawall) no over-priced outfit (Magalie wore a dress from BCBG, boots from Chooka with a flower in her hair from H&M.) The flowers were purchased in bulk from different florists in town and the couple put them together themselves. The tissue paper pom-poms were from a Martha Stewart tutorial. They pulled all the food and drinks together themselves and Magalie did her own hair and makeup.

Amy & Nick's wonderful South Austin wedding had a distinct and very individual theme - perfect for them! Big fans of Buddy Holly and late 50's/early 60's music, it was important to them to really have that as a big part of their wedding. Amy walked down the aisle to an acoustic version of Every Day played live by a friend on the guitar. Nick waited to marry his sweetheart decked out in a grey suit, Buddy Holly glasses and his favorite pair of Converse. Amy wore a dress by Dolly Couture which was perfectly accented by a Magnolia flower created by Amy Barber of Sweettooth Bags.

Meredith & Eric's wedding was based around their all time favourite band - Gun n Roses baby! Meredith wore a dress designed by the same designer behind the wedding dress in the November Rain video. It is imperative they you listen to this song as you view these fabulous images (and excuse me, but did anyone else forget how awesome this song is...and don't even get me started on the hair - I love it!)

Lizz & Will tied the knot at Houston Mill House in Atlanta, GA. The wedding had a great floral, spring-like feel but with touches of punk rock throughout - just the way I like it! Lizz found her dress at Bridals by Elena in Glen Burnie MD. isn't it beautiful? Lizz told me "I had done some dress shopping for about a month, and nothing seemed to STAND OUT. Until I walked into Elena's. I had about 4 dresses I wanted to try on and was on my way to the fitting room when I saw my dress on a Mannequin. I instantly knew that was my dress. It was the first one I tried on and it was the last. Later that day I found the perfect shoes I was looking for, and when Elena saw them she thought it would be a spunky idea to die them the color of the purple sash on my dress. I was a great experience, and Elena and her daughter are amazing seamstresses" Thanks to Lemar, Lizz & Will for sharing this awesome wedding with us today

Jo & Matt's relaxed summer wedding took place at South Farmin Cambridgeshire, UK. The couple tied the knot in the venue's summer house whilst the stunning venue allowed guests to chill out outside, listen to the live music (including the groom's band!) and then camp overnight. The whole day have a hippy chic, music festival, vibe to it. Jo wore a vintage dress and Christian Louboutin shoes and looked every bit the perfect Rock n Roll Bride. Amanda & Nick has a super chic, totally personal, 1950's inspired wedding. From Amanda's cute polka dot dress from Unique Vintage to the beautiful retro style photography by Made u Look Photography (which even included one roll of black & white film from an old film camera - remember those!?) the whole day ooooozes authentic, rockabilly charm. After running a free photography contest on her blog (hint: enter mine!) photographer Laura Ryan was lucky enough to find Rebeca & Martin - two rockers from Boston who wanted her to shoot their red-themed wedding. Rebeca’s dress and Martin’s coat were handmade by her friend who created it for her from a 1950’s pattern and Rebeca even made her own hairpiece. The whole wedding had a old English teatime theme so everyone wore stylish hats, ate finger foods and drank tea to their heart's content in the beautiful historic building of Boston College Club, complete with cascading staircases and baroque style wall paper. Thanks to Laura (a real life rocker who actually has even visited my home town of Reading for the world famous Reading Festival) for sharing this wonderful wedding with us

Tattooed Lovelies Trailer Park Love Fest

I've got yet another wedding I've been waiting with baited breath to share with you as a matter of urgency. Lori & Jason's funky, punky, trailer part love affair wedding makes me squeal with excitement (especially when I saw the images of the couple getting inked together - hello, so awesome!)A vintage trailer park called the Shady Dell, a custom pink crinoline peeking out of the wedding gown, and tattoos on the spot are only a few of the awesome details of this wedding in Bisbee, Arizona. Shooting Lori and Jason at the Shady Dell was a blast. Lori looked fabulous in her Stephanie James Couture; it complemented her stunning body art. And the venue only added to mystique of the day; vintage Airstreams were the perfect backdrop for this hip couple who love all things vintage! Hollywood Rock

Megan & Marcelo met at a punk rock bar in Hollywood... so naturally their wedding would have elements of rock too. The day took place at the ube cool Marvimon in LA with the beautiful flowers being put together by Holly Flora. The bride wore a short hip wedding dress by Amsale and shoes by Gwen Stafani's label, L.A.M.B. The groom looked similarly hot to rock in his skull themed accessories. All the music was hand picked and complimented by the couple's favourite videos projected all night behind the dance floor. It felt like The Rolling Stones, Bowie, Devo, Love and Rockets and Nick Cave all attended the bash as well! The guests kept saying was that this wedding was just soooo Megan & Marcelo...and that is one the best compliments a couple can get. Thanks to Suthi for sharing this funky, Rock n Roll wedding with us today!
