Rock n Roll Oz Day ~ Eloping in Vegas, Married in Sydney
March 8, 2010
Sarah Kate & John got married in Vegas with only their closest two friends as witnesses. They were hitched in a 50’s diner by Elvis and rounded off they day at The Venetian Hotel and with a ride on the gondola.
A few weeks later the pair held a intimate and gorgeous wedding at
Camellia Gardens in Caringbah in the south of Sydney for their immediate family and 10 of their closest friends. Sarah Kate wore a black dress from Bridal Collections Erina, leopard print shoes from Leg Avenue Shoes and amazing limited edition cupcake earrings (there were only 100 pairs made) from Omerica Organic.
The bridesmaids wore hot red dresses imported from The States and boys were allowed to wear whatever they liked because John didn’t feel right making them wear anything specific – they just left it up to them to do their own thing!
Aren’t these wonderful? What a gorgeous couple and wedding party! I am smitten…
Thanks to Sarah Kate & John for sharing their beautiful day with us

November 21, 2011
Scarlet & Craig's wedding wowed me as soon as I spied that dress. I was so excited to be able to share this incredible Goth extravaganza and luckily for you lot, so were the newlyweds. In fact Craig's reply when I emailed him back saying 'Yes yes, hell yes (ps your wife is hot)' was something along the lines of 'OMG so excited that you're going to feature us!!! Squeeee'.
"I'd never really thought about my wedding day growing up, so when Craig proposed on a trip to Amsterdam (with a tattoo that simply said 'Marry Me' on his wrists!) I was thrown into a bit of a panic!" Scarlet explained. "But as soon as we started planning we knew we wanted to do things our own way. Luckily we found Rock n Roll Bride, which made us realise there really are no 'rules' for a wedding, and then we just went all out! We didn't start out with one, but as we went along we developed a kind of pink and black gothic fairytale theme, pink being my favourite colour, and black being Craig's!
Tattooed and Black Themed Elopement in Melbourne: Rob & Edie
November 24, 2014
Now this, my friends, is what being a Rock n Roll bride is all about. It's not about flowers, or favours or a fancy wedding venue. It's not about what you wear, who your bridesmaids are or what theme you have. Being a Rock n Roll bride is about doing your own thing, marching to your own beat, and saying "I do" in a way that feels right for the two of you. That's exactly what Rob and Edie did which is why I'm so excited to share their wedding with you today.

February 25, 2018
If you look up Rock n Roll in the encyclopaedia of life, you might just find a picture of this couple and their wedding. Eloping to Las Vegas from Australia, and donning a bubblegum pink dress and a sharp suit, Amie and Ben said their 'I dos' on a dry lake bed, before eating at a burger joint and finally heading off to get tattoos. Romantic, sexy and effortlessly cool, or what?
Married by Elvis in Vegas – Michelle & Shane’s True Romance Wedding

Michelle & Shane were married by Elvis in Vegas - doesn't get much more Rock n Roll than that does it?! Off the Hook Carnival Eye Candy
November 17, 2009
I knew Amy & Jesse's wedding would be off-the-hook with it's intense awesomeness as soon as I saw and blogged their engagements a while back. Surely a couple this offbeat and rockin' couldn't have anything but a super crazy, kooky, inspirational and incredible wedding day could they? However, even I was blown off my chair when I laid eyes on these little beauties. Their DIY, carnival wedding was not only ridiculously creative and awe-inspiring but the couple themselves literally looked like a candy covered explosion of kick ass attitude and fun all over! (By the way I fully realise that my explanation of my thoughts on this wedding probably make little or no grammatical and linguistical sense - however my intense excitement over getting to blog these appears to have rendered by logical brain dysfunctional!) Got it? Right...on with the show...
A HUGE Rock n Roll thank you to Marina of Red Heart Photography for sending these over. I couldn't wait to blog these (as always) and so the photos below are actually only part 1 & 2 of her posts. Go check out her blog over the next few weeks for even more eye candy!
