A Sunday Kind of Love: Getting to Know You

Kat

November 13, 2011

A lot of people think they know the people they see online better than they actually do. But you know what, most of the people you see online are keeping things secret. Take myself for example, you know I like pink, glitter, kittens, shopping, rainbows...and that I have strong opinions on weddings, but what else do you really know about me? In the spirit of showing you I really am, here's some things you probably have't heard about me before...

This week a lovely package came in the post for me from my friend Christine at Angelberry Organics. They specialise in beautiful, organic and cruelty-free make up and quite frankly I'm smitten. They even have a whole range of mineral based make up which is said to be brilliant for troublesome skin. Needless to say I can't wait to give it a whirl! "Our mission at Angelberry Organics is to bring you mineral cosmetics and body care products that leave you feeling completely divine," they say. "Formulated using the highest quality natural ingredients, our heavenly treats are luxurious, fun, and made to enhance your natural beauty. Angelberry Organics products are not tested on animals and 100% free from all synthetic chemicals, paraben preservatives, dyes, and bismuth oxychloride."

A Sunday Kind of Love – The NOT Wedding 2011

Kat

May 22, 2011

I have been a fan of The NOT Wedding ethos for the past couple of years. I love the concept of a wedding fair that thinks outside the box and shows off the best local Atlanta vendors by actually putting on a fake wedding! This years event is going to be bigger and better. They explain, "This time we're mailing wedding invitations in lieu of purchased tickets, we're having a full sit-down dinner catered by the amazing Sun In My Belly, and we are throwing in some pretty fun surprises to keep guests on their toes."
