The Best of the Rest – Heading Home

As you read this Gareth & I will be 40,000 feet in the air, flying over the Atlantic and heading home after our Amazing American Adventure™. To say we’ve had the time of our lives would be an understatement.

We bloody LOVE America. We love the people, the weather (even though it was sooo hot and I got sunburnt despite wearing factor 30!) and I loved the shopping! Did you see the amazing vintage pink prom dress/tutu dress I picked up in a vintage store on Venice beach for $50!?!? I know!

I can’t wait to come back (Vegas in February and hopefully New York in March) so watch out my American friends, you can’t get rid of me that easily.

Although we are sad to leave, we are also excited to get home, see our pussy cats and hook up with our friends. I have many stories to tell them (and you!) when we get back including video and photos of me on the catwalk at Omaha fashion week as well as a ton of photos of all the people I’ve met. Watch this pink space.

In the meantime…

London calling, yes, I was there, too
An’ you know what they said? Well, some of it was true!
London calling at the top of the dial
After all this, won’t you give me a smile?

  1. Danielle is one of my good blog friends, and I could only wish of meeting her, and you for that matter, as I first came across her via your blog, and now am lucky to call her my friend. Thank you Kat!! XO

  2. I’ve said it already but I’m so glad we got to meet each other, and it was such a blast! Thank you so much for being so wonderful, and for my little souvenir pictures (I have to get that instax camera). Big hugs, I’m already looking forward to the next time! Glad you get to see your kitties again!
