Tams & Richie were married in County Wicklow, Ireland, in March. Their day was both glamorous and laid back, with a fun-filled festival theme. "We had been bashing our heads against a wall trying to think of a 'theme' for ages, and we landed with Old Hollywood Glamour", began Tams. "I was doing all of the invitations, props, design, look and feel myself, and I began to get really uncomfortable with the whole Hollywood theme and when people started referencing The Great Gatsby, it really didn't settle well. It’s a beautiful, stylised theme and I envy anyone who can pull it off, but it just wasn't us."Read more...

"We love looking around castles and historical sites, so finding a ruined castle licensed for weddings was amazingly perfect!"Read more...

Nicole and Steve were married at Stage AE, a concert venue in downtown Pittsburgh. Getting married at a venue as iconic as this obviously had a huge influence on the theme of the wedding! "Music has always been a big part of our relationship", said the bride. "We wanted our family and friends to share in that important aspect of our life together, which is why we chose Stage AE. We faced many objections and difficulties with such an unconventional wedding venue, but we knew what we wanted and were determined to make it happen."Read more...

There was a bit of a problem when I received Neysa and Kevin's wedding submission. I was convinced they couldn't be real people. I mean, have you ever seen a couple so attractive in your entire life? Add that to the fact that they probably had one of the coolest weddings I've ever seen and I was 100% convinced that this must be some kind of staged shoot.Read more...

Nel and Matt were married in a restored 600 year old gate house at the edge of an ancient oak forest. The wedding was held on the eve of summer solstice. "We just wanted a relaxed wedding where everyone could enjoy the surroundings and the significance of where we were", said the bride. "Luckily the weather was on our side! As having all of our friends and family in one place is a once in a lifetime event, we didn't like the idea of taking off to a hotel whilst everyone else was still enjoying the night, so we camped on site with the rest of our friends in a bell tent that our bridesmaids had decorated beautifully."Read more...

When Jess first saw Nick she felt like she was in her very own movie, "I was shopping with my mum and sister and we were taking a break in the food court. I looked up, and in slow motion (it was like a movie, I literally saw it in slow motion) I saw the most gorgeous man I had ever seen. I just sat, frozen in my seat, mouth open, staring shamelessly. Then (also in slow motion), he turned his head, locked eyes with mine, and winked. Not even joking. I giggled, blushed, and turned away. Next thing I know, I hear a voice say, 'Can I sit here?' I turn around, and it's him! Before I left the mall that day, I gave him my number, and we took a picture together, right in the food court."Read more...
