Lacey and Josh didn't want to have a stressful time planning their wedding. Initially they wanted to elope, but instead decided to have a wedding that was relaxed and intimate, and that truly reflected them as a couple. "We wanted our wedding to be about us and the commitment we were making to one another", began Lacey. "We didn't want all of the added fluff that comes with the most traditional weddings. Courtney and Nick wanted a day that didn't break the bank. They managed to keep the costs down by shopping in charity shops, accepting help from family and friends and DIYing a lot! They put the flowers together themselves, had a playlist instead of a band or DJ and made their own stationery. Both of their outfits were "lucky finds on the internet". The designers didn't matter to them, only that they liked what they wore. The bridesmaids had dresses from eBay.

Emma and Rikki had a lunchtime wedding. They were married at 10am and their reception kicked off right after. The ceremony was held at Eskdale War Memorial Church and their reception at The Old Church Restaurant and Bar in Napier, New Zealand. They day had a subtle vintage theme with the bride wearing a headpiece that had been her mother's and little vintage touches throughout the reception décor.

Tim and Scarlett were married on 8th August, their five year anniversary. They had a church ceremony followed by a tea party reception in the gardens of Baxby Manor, a gorgeous 705 year old Manor house. "We knew that we wanted somewhere beautiful, and Baxby ticked all the boxes", Scarlett began. "It even came with a glamping site down the lane for all our guests to stay over! Baxby isn't a wedding venue, just a luxury holiday letting, but the owners were amazing and let us create a beautiful day there, as if it were our own house."
