If there’s one thing I hope reading Rock n Roll Bride has taught you, it’s that you don’t need to spend all your savings to have a fantastic wedding. Starting off married life with a mountain of debt is no fun for anyone which I why I was thrilled to be submitted this retro bridal shoot using vintage dresses that all cost less than £40 each!
Stylist Ines of Wedding Bazaar Vienna told me, “You don’t always need a new dress to achieve a stunning look and that was the idea behind this photo shoot. All the dresses we used were second-hand and sourced on the internet for less then £40, or they were lent by friends.”
“Most of the vintage objects in the pictures were collected from flea markets and charity shops from across Europe too. I think that the result has something that the glossy wedding magazines often lack – individuality, authenticity and heart.”

I absolutely adore this shoot! I felt teleported to mid century Austria. Love how each outfit has its own clock, ties everything together perfectly for one cohesive impression. Bravo!!!
Awesome! Where is the first dress in the Gallery from? The lace one. It’s very pretty
They were all found on places like eBay and Etsy and were mostly vintage finds.
Totally agree that how you wear/style/photograph something makes all the difference, and it doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Love, love, love all the retro details!
I really like this shoot!
