Sometimes a wedding comes along that is so damn fabulous that it’s worth the wait for. I was sent an image of the bride trying on her stunning Elizabeth Dye dress by a reader, boy must have been about 5 months ago, and since then I have made it my mission to find more about the wedding, the dress, the girl, the guy and the stunning photography – it’s all a bit too delightful for words huh?I am so excited to finally announce that I have the results right here! You are going to be completely gaga over these – I know I am!
Ali & Danny were married on the 6th June at Bend, Oregon. The ruffles, the flowers, the cute cute shoes and the gorgeous and unique wedding invitations by French Lil Designs…I just love it all. Who’s with me?

I literally just did a post on not limiting oneself to just 2 or 3 colors. And this wedding is a perfect example of that! Love the use of pastels with bold magentas and blues. and the groom’s attire! so unique. thanks for posting…it has certainly inspired me
I keep looking at this post! haha Does anyone know where I can find those paper flowers that are over the door way? I LOVE them
Oh, Kat! This just ROCKS! And it’s shot by Kubota! That’s the guy that owns that photo shop actions company- I’ve never seen his work before, just his products. So cool! I love her dress. I wish I could see more details of it.
i reckon you could DIY them – get a big piece of coloured paper, fold into a ‘fan’ and double over itself…
there is more about the dress here – http://elizabethdye.blogspot.com/2009/06/and-bride-wore-ruffles.html and here http://elizabethdye.blogspot.com/2009/04/i-love-all-my-brides-equally.html

thanks Kat! <3
these are RADICAL. I LOVE them!!!
This is Clare and my husband Kevin and I photographed this wedding. Talk about a fun job! The bride and a bunch of her friends hand made all the paper flowers. She is super creative and was very lucky to have several friends helping her out. It all came together perfectly.
