Shalma & Leo are what I like to call friends of the blog. Not only did they find photographer David McNeil though a feature on Rock n Roll Bride, but I featured their gorgous A Bout de Souffle engagement session over the summer ANDmyself and the bride have exchanged regular emails ever since they got engaged about all things wedding! So when David asked if I wanted to feature them ...well he didn't have to ask twice!

With Extra Sparkle

This little gift arrived into my inbox the other day from the ever delightful Brandi Thompson...I didn't realise it was Christmas already! You might remember Jayme from her engagement session with her (then) Hubby to be Matt and those shoes! Well from these it would appear that their wedding was just as Rock n Roll, gothic and pretty damn cool. Her dress was made especially for her by a local seamstress and the hat was from Leg Avenue to which she added her own extra sparkle! Thanks sooooo much for making my gothic fantasy's come true Brandi and Jayme! Credit: Brandi Thomspon Photography

The Tiny Bride

I literally adore photographer Sarah Pukin's way of wording these images. I really can not compete. Enjoy this and enjoy these gorgeous images! The Tiny Bride. Once upon a time there was a girl who met a boy. The boy was in a band - when he saw the girl his heart grew and he knew she was the one. The girl gazed up at him and thought “could this be love at first sight?” As the boy came closer the girl reached her hand out - as he grabbed it they both knew that they were soul mates. They fell deeply in love. As time passed the boy and the girl got married and here are a few pages of their story. Thanks Sarah. You rock! Credit: Sarah Pukin Photography
