One of the perks of my ‘job’ as a blogger is that I get to meet so many fabulous photographers, not only online but in real life (seriously I do leave my computer sometimes.) A few weeks ago I arranged a mass meet up of some of the best London-based photographers and was lucky enough to meet Russian born
Zhanna Malaya. Now finally I get to share some of her stunning images with you. There is something about those Russians – their photography always looks so cutting edge, fresh and clean..I adore it, and I adore this cute cute couple.

A Farm Wedding with Fancy Dress, Fun & Frolics: Lauren & Matt
August 31, 2012
Lauren & Matt's started their wedding planning knowing exactly what they wanted: something relaxed, stress-free and fun. They were lucky enough to have a friend whose parents own a farm, so everything else really stemmed from that. Lauren told me all about it. "As soon as we got engaged we knew how we wanted our wedding to be, we just didn't know how to do it! The first and most important thing was to find a photographer. Being a enthusiastic photographer myself, I spent weeks searching for one that she liked, we finally came across Sassy of Assassynation and sent an excited email straight away. She immediately told us to phone her for a chat as we hadn't set a date yet, but when she told us she only had 2 Saturdays free in the 3 months that we were looking at we booked her there and then! Everything else was then planned around her."
Colourful Wedding Shoot in Brisbane

Lisa & Geoff are awesome. So awesome in fact that my friends over at 100 Layer Cake also realised their awesomeness and have blogged their entire wedding over on their site today. Right here though I'm all about their amazing day after shoot at The California State Fair. I'm pretty sure the fairground photo shoot sinario is one I'm not going to tire of easily - so much colour and fun!
Thanks to the lovely Sarah for sending these in and thanks to Jillian over at 100 Layer Cake for working with me on this feature - be sure to go check out their post asap!

Oh I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside
April 17, 2010
Whenever the sun shines in London about 80% of the population speculate going to the beach and Brighton is usually the first port of call. It's quirky, it's quaint, it's nostalgic, it's hilariously British and it has a killer night life! So when it came for Charlie & Ross to have their 'Cherish the Dress' wedding shoot, where better to descend then this wonderful beach location!? The couple actually got married in December so they thought the juxtapositionof having some lovely, warming, outdoor shots would be absolutely perfecto.
