Antique Market Dreams

I have much love for Chicago photographer Jeremy Lawson  and it’s always a pleasure to feature his Rock n Roll weddings – especially when they are as awesome as the one of Mary & Alton.

The wedding took place at the uber cool Salvage One, which, with it’s awesome signage and rustic, almost derelict, antique market interior  provided the perfect backdrop to the event. Mary’s vintage look was provided by local Chicago design  Jess Audey who custom made her beautiful dress and Antje Kastner at Tigerlilie who did her retro/rockabilly style hair and make up.

Thanks to Jeremy for sharing

God, how amazing! I wanted our December 2010 wedding to be at Salvage One in the worst way, but alas, it was not in the cards for us. We have since found a different kick-ass venue but I still love seeing weddings that have been done at Salvage One. Mary and Alton, everything looks just gorgeous and these photos make me smile.

Alton, I have known you for a few years and and have never seen you look so happy. I loved your wedding video. It was tender, funny and full of love, just like you are. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
