Oh yes, yet another autumn/fall/Halloween wedding for you lucky lucky people, but this one couldn’t be further away in style from the last. Darby & Eric got married at Heritage Park in Dana Point California on October 3rd 2009 and the reception followed at Darby’s Parents home nearby with just some of their closest friends and family. A super personal, uber stylish affair the couple really went all out to make it their own. I am absolutely loving the autumn leaf bouquets and subtle Halloween theming around the event – not OTT, not crazy, just them.
Oh and I had to mention the bride and bridesmaid’s dresses too… swwaaaahhhoooon!
Thanks to Molly & Matt for the exclusive. Love love lurrrve

such beautiful photos! love that yummy california sun, just beautiful.
the main photo where the two ways become one: really great idea!
Gorgeous! Also curious about the dress maker…any ideas?
You can tell from the photos how gorgeous and intimate this wedding was!
The Bridal gown was purchased from Mary Me Bridal and designed by Watters…the sash/bow and sleeves were added custom.
The bridesmaid dress was made by the brides aunt Kym (949)813-1380…
I love this blog, always wonderful photos… great!!
Eegads. Love the rock star vibe here: the dark nails, the hot couple. But, I’m sorry, did you see those shoes on the bridesmaid? The shoes!
Autumn light is the best for photography – low, soft and golden. And Californians are so lucky as they have this kind of light on tap all year round! Great post, Kat.
omg I was already in love with this wedding and how beautiful the autumn theme was but then did anyone else see the gorgeous bride on L.A Ink getting the autumn leaves tattooed on her forearm to symbolize her husband and herself… beautiful!!!!
