Did you get married this year? Would you like to see your wedding published in a future edition of Rock n Roll Bride magazine or on our website? Well, this is your chance!

We champion individuality, inclusivity, and self-expression – whether your love story is loud, low-key, punk, pastel, budget, bougie, queer, neurodivergent, or anything in between. This is a space for the dreamers, the weirdos, the outsiders, and anyone who refuses to shrink themselves to fit a tradition.

We are always looking for real weddings, styled shoots, and even essays to publish on our pages. Here’s how to get in touch and what to expect when you do:

REAL WEDDING FEATURES

We accept real wedding submissions from photographers, newlyweds or any wedding supplier involved in the day. Please submit your wedding AFTER it has already taken place. We can not accept any wedding for a feature until we have seen your photos. All you need to do is drop us an email and include the following:

♥ Between 10 and 20 low res images. Please include portraits of the couple and detail shots (the cake, centrepieces, decorations etc). If the submission is accepted we will then ask you to send the full gallery.

♥ The couple’s names, wedding date and location.

♥ A short paragraph or a few bullet points laying out why you think this wedding is perfect for Rock n Roll Bride and anything that makes it particularly stand out.

EDITORIAL PHOTO SHOOTS

Due to the number of submissions we receive, real wedding stories are given priority for publication, but if you’ve done a shoot you are proud of, show us what you’ve got! To submit your shoot email us with the following:

♥ A link to high res, 300 DPI images. Dropbox, or a method where the link won’t expire, is preferred.

♥ The list of suppliers involved (business name, IG handle, website link and what they do).

♥ A short paragraph or a few bullet points laying out why you think your shoot is right for Rock n Roll Bride and anything that makes it particularly stand out.

ARTICLES AND ESSAYS

We also have limited space in both print and online for long form articles and essays. We love to publish articles which will help our readers plan their own alternative weddings. We like to inspire our readers to think for themselves, not follow tradition or convention and plan their day, their way!

If you have an idea for an article or column, we’d love to hear from you. Please note, we do not accept articles which sole purpose is to promote your business. This would be classed as advertising.

EXCLUSIVITY

Rock n Roll Bride will only publish weddings that have not been previously featured on any other wedding blogs or magazines. Please do not submit anything that is currently pending with another wedding publication. Photo shoots may be accepted if they have been featured elsewhere. This is decided on a case by case basis.

If your submission is successful and published, we are happy for you to submit it elsewhere afterwards. We only require to be the first to feature the content. We do not expect the images to be held back for any specified period of time after our feature.

You are very welcome to publish the images on your own blog, website or social media but if they are picked up/ reposted by another wedding publication, we may not be able to accept it..
