Jennifer & Adam’s Tennessee Treat
November 18, 2010
I’m featuring less engagement sessions than I used to at the moment. Mainly because I’m getting so many awesome weddings to feature from you lot that I simply haven’t got the time to share as many as I’d like. However, when I see a session like Jennifer & Adam’s, I remember that rules are meant to be broken! The pair chose the location for their shoot because it was the very place that Cas Walker originally broadcast Dolly Parton on the radio – and I’m reliably informed that this is a big deal in Tennessee, maybe like The Beatles here in the UK!?
The couple are getting married in Knoxville next summer and from the look of these shots, their wedding is going to be nothing short of epic!
Huge thanks to photographer Tara for sharing these today. I’m looking forward to seeing the wedding already!

You've got to see Kassie & James' killer Roadhouse Relics (Texas) engagement shoot! The vintage, western, neon retro decor and 50's rockabilly vibe proved to be the perfect location for such an awesome couple. The store, which specialises in neon signs allowed the couple an hour to come in and get some fabulous photographs.
Chris & Jenn’s Retro Rockabilly Engagement

Today's feature is a bit of a double part-er. I was sent Chris & Jenn's wedding by their photographer's Encarnacion Photography, but when I saw their e-session I knew I had to share it first. How cute are these two?

Although Tiffany & Alan are technically already married, they never ha d a 'proper' wedding and so decided they needed to do it all again - only this time better! The couple, who already have a 4 month old baby (you would never guess after looking at the teeny tiny Tiffany - erm wow hot mama!) will be re-tying the knot next month and I can not wait to see the results!
Sugar & Spice

Well people, hold on to your hats and prepare yourself for another bumper day of Rock n Roll goodness. Did something magical happen overnight or something? I have received a ridiculous number of amazing photo sessions and weddings this morning - I just hope I can bring them all to you soon!
Starting off today is this gorgeous 'sugar and spice' rockabilly couple. She's a ballerina, he's a total petrol head (I think in America you call them 'gear heads'? - whatever, he is nuts about cars!) Cassy & Kelly headed to pier 39 in San Francisco with photographer Marin Kristine to get these amazing carousel/carnival/fun fair shots. The couple will be having a pin up style wedding in just 2 weeks and boy am I excited to see the results!
Thanks to the lovely Marin for sending these over.

I'm pretty sure the photographs speak for themselves with this one...wow wow wow! I am over the moon to have shared a number of amazing weddings photographed by Vanessa of Wildberry Design & Studio (Blue Dress Bride and Rainbow Wedding) and believe me that is just the beginning - stay tuned for this couple's tattoo inspired wedding next week!

Maggie & Sean are having an Irish pub/rockabilly themed wedding next month so where better to do their engagement session than in an Irish pub with Maggie sporting some gorgeous rockabilly/vintage inspired accessories. Being half Irish myself I can't wait to see this wedding. Sounds like it's going to be awesome
Thanks to the lovely Karen for sending these over

Janel & Jim are one of those couple's the completely ooze cool. Their retro style - vespas, rockabilly hair, vans, pin up shoes and a teeny tiny dog - played huge part in their engagament session. Stay tuned for their gorgeous 'retro Italian' themed wedding next!
