More snowy posts! Who would have thought there would be so many stunning winter weddings?
For all the details check out the photographer’s post on the day..but a few of my favourite details include:
- The dress was inspired by Dior’s New Look circa 1947, the Bride’s favourite fashion period (and designed by the Bride)
- Through knitted elements and shabby-chic bric-a-brac [they] created a warm, intimate atmosphere
- The favours for the guests doubled as seating cards. Eclectic vintage teacups held the Father of the Bride’s own blend of tea in teabags adorned with handmade commemorative tags.

Hello and welcome to my little blog. My name is Kat Williams aka the Rock n Roll Bride and my aim is to provide a little haven of kick ass weddingness in a cookie cutter, pastel and often puke-worthy wedding world. If you’ve ever picked up a bridal magazine and felt queasy or trawled the internet and felt disheartened by what you didn’t find well, my friend, you are in the right place!
