Engagement

Sunset Love Story

I really need to be lying down with some honey and lemon and watching trash on tv as I'm sick...grr I don't do well when I get ill - boredom is not my Forté. I just had to drop by and share a few little images from this Russian engagement session entitled 'Sunset Love Story.' Totally beautiful huh? It's hard to choose, but I think the 'red heart lollypop' one has got to be my favourite. Too gorgeous! The photographer, Mukhina Ekaterina, will actually be touring the states in October/November of this year and would love to meet and photograph some rock n roll couples. Drop her an email if you're game! Until tomorrow, when I hope to be feeling less vile and able to share all the amazing weddings I've been sent over the weekend (I swear...they are all amazing!) All Killer & No Filler

Are you loving my posts today as much as I am? Well, not the posts exactly but the extraordinarily brilliant stuff I'm featuring? I'm pretty damn pleased with myself I have to say and this is only the beginning. I heard Chris Moyles joke this morning that his radio show was 'all killer and no filler' and I have to say, I'm going to join in that joke and say I think Rock n Roll Bride is exactly the same today. Stay tuuuuned for more more more! Deann & Nick are so cute together. Their checked shirts look super cool in a mis-matching, clashing kinda way.

An Eye Deal Match

Avory & Corey had some pretty dramatic engagements to fit in with their pretty epic style. Photographer Tiffanie used a 'light painting' technique to achieve these stunning results. The couple are a crafty pair who make their own glass jewellery and so it's obvious that such a creative couple deserve a pretty creative shoot right? If you wanted to buy some pieces by Avory & Corey then check out their company Eye Deal Glass. Credit: Tiffanie Weaver Photography

Spooky & Dark

Filipino photographer Jeffroger Kho sent me these stunning engagements which perfectly reflect his 'wild, crazy, and downright addictive' style. These are kinda spooky and dark but I seriously love them (yes even the creepy doll) Check it out... The client Mark and Johanna are photographers and very artistic individuals. You can check out their site here as well Happy Garaje Graphic Design and Illustration. Their style is really dark, desaturated, and textured. And I am happy that I was able to capture that and also reflect the clients style. The outfits are from the clients own wardrobe. They pretty much have everything already. They collect a lot of old stuff as well so it quite reflects much of their personality. I believe that this set is very Rock n Roll because it's different, downright crazy, non-conventional, and most importantly it reflects much of the personality of the client and not just a random theme just for the sake of having a theme. Thanks Jeffroger!
