Erinn & Brandon’s Nashville wedding was an elegant and modern affair with a touch of rockabilly and country charm.
The couple chose Aerial as the location for their wedding. They had their ceremony and reception on the rooftop, overlooking the city – a perfectly modern backdrop. “We chose Aerial not just because it was rooftop, but because it was above all of the honky tonks that make Nashville what it is” the couple to me. ”We wanted it to be elegant, with a glimmer of rockabilly and country in the background. The glow of the city lights and neon from below was perfect!”
So where does the rockabilly and country charm come in you ask? Well, Elvis is obviously a big deal in Tenessee so the statue made an apperance in quite a few of their photographs. Their recessional music was also ”Glenn Miller “in the Mood”. Not your usual wedding music but it certainly set the tone of the night.
Huge thanks to photographer Holly for sharing this fabulous wedding with us today

Ooh I love it! I’m a Nashville resident (getting married in January) and seeing this gets me even more excited. LOVE the evening shots with the “batman building” in the background. Beautiful!

Stewartography owners Holly and Joey are an amazingly creative duo. I would choose no one else to photograph my family and wedding.

How crazy – I was looking through your photos and realized we are going to be married in the same venue at the end of the summer! Thanks for sharing your photos – what a lovely event!

Hello and welcome to my little blog. My name is Kat Williams aka the Rock n Roll Bride and my aim is to provide a little haven of kick ass weddingness in a cookie cutter, pastel and often puke-worthy wedding world. If you’ve ever picked up a bridal magazine and felt queasy or trawled the internet and felt disheartened by what you didn’t find well, my friend, you are in the right place!
