The Great Gatsby

Is it possible to ever get tired of all this wedding gorgeousness? I don’t think so!

Julie & Eric got married at Glen Cove Mansion in NYC, a former 1920′s Gold Coast estate. They emulated the Great Gatsby stylee history of the place in their wedding with the bride, who is a graphic designer, designing all the stationary herself to fit in with this theme. The couple also baked all the cookie favours themselves!

The bride wore an adorable short dress to which she added her own gold belt, gold watch and shoes by Nina.  The groom looked suitably suited and booted in his retro style ensemble and looked quite the part, even down to his slightly askew tie pin.

Thanks to Kimberley for sharing this gorgeous wedding with us today

Glen Cove Mansion is literally two minutes from the house I grew up in. It really is a gorgeous venue, and totally suited to the vintage Gold Coast feel of this wedding. They did a beautiful job. And that cake is splendid!

I love this look! Where is the groom’s suit from? My future groom is looking for something very similar, and we’re also in NY.
