Sharing The Love

I guess it must have been pretty obvious to everyone just how much I loved MangoRED as I have now been sent some more amazing photography exported from The Philippines, from Rock n Roll Bride reader, Cely.

What I really love about the photography that seems to be emerging from The Philippines is that it is so different to the work I see coming out of Britain or The States at the moment.  The use of light in undoubtedly different in these photographs, maybe because the light literally is so different over there? Who knows, all I know is I am so happy to be able to share the work of MangoRED and Pat Dy with you, and that I most defiantly like it!

Again it is impossible for me to choose just one of Pat Dy’s weddings…so stand by for a bit of a love fest.
First up a Star Wars¬†wedding…who says you can’t be gorgeous and geeky!?

The gorgeous MangoRED are also the subject of my guest post on Savvy Scoop this week, so head on over there for a bit and check it out too!

A Wonderland Wedding

Hello my gorgeous girls (and guys!) sorry I didn’t post at all last night but I am feeling rough like sandpaper…I think I’m coming down with something which is highly inconvenient as this weekend is our one year anniversary! How absolutely ridiculous! It has gone so quick!¬† So similarly, the posts will be slim to none over this weekend as we are off to Brighton to eat fish¬†n chips, go on rollercoasters, walk down the pier and probably get horribly drunk (again!)¬† We are staying in a super swanky hotel called The Grand which we got for free as an apology from our first wedding venue that cancelled out wedding 3 months before the wedding day (see, things always turn out alright in the end!)

Just before I go, I simply must share this amazing ‘Alice in Wonderland’ themed wedding send to me this morning by Adrienne (who blogs over here)¬† I am absolutely in love with this girl’s style and their super fun, super colourful wedding full of personaltouches and cute little details (seriously the cake made of flowers – amazing!)¬†Enjoy these, and I will see you all when I get back…
Much Love!

Giddy With Excitement

Holy s***…these are aaaammmmaaazing!¬† The ceremony took place in….wait for it…the deep end of a swimming pool!¬† It’s certainly not like any grubby,¬†algae stained, chlorine filled swimming pool I’ve ever been too¬† – these are quite frankly fantastic, and what an original idea…just wow!

Edit…I have just found Kyle & Casey’s engagements…I had to share them too.¬†I love this couple! For more of these engagements, clicky here….

Edit II…I just received an email from Rod, the photographer – and this pool is in Kyle’s parents back garden! omg…

The Golden Age

Check out these amazing portraits by Laura Burlton of D Jones Photography, just¬†pure vintage fabulousness right?¬† This couple literally could have stepped right out of a black and white movie of days gone by….
I received these from Laura, no joke, about 5 minutes ago and as soon as I opened the link and just saw the thumbnail versions of these amazing images I emailed her straight back saying I would blog them, like, now!

You guys are gonna love these just as much as I do…I know it!

Victoriana

Check out the amazingly dark, gothic-chic wedding of Good Charlotte guitarist, Billy Martin.¬† I not only am a little bit crazy about the Bride’s dress, designed¬†by Kirstie Kelly Couture, but¬†the amazing vintage victoriana decor¬†is actually sending me into a whirl of girlie excitement.
