Athena & Branden are like old friends of the Rock n Roll Bride wedding blog. I featured their gorgeous whimsical engagement session back in the Summer so I’m really pleased to share their stunning wedding today too.
The Bride wore a Nicole Miller dress with a dramatic vintage-inspired necklace that she made herself from lace. She kept her look unique with a beautiful puffball veil from Toni Federici and a bow from Forever 21. Her earrings were also DIY – made by a friend for her.
Branden kept his look contemporary with a twist, with his suit and bow tie combo from Brooks Brothers and Nike trainers.
Their reception décor was mostly a DIY effort. The couple used vintage suitcases as a cake stand, a typewriter as a guest book and lots of personal touches like the cute custom cake topper (complete with Antena’s tattoos!) to make their reception perfect for them.
What a fabulously stylish couple!
Be sure to also check out their fabulous (seriously fabulous!!) wedding film after the ‘jump’ too. I LOVE IT!

Hello and welcome to my little blog. My name is Kat Williams aka the Rock n Roll Bride and my aim is to provide a little haven of kick ass weddingness in a cookie cutter, pastel and often puke-worthy wedding world. If you’ve ever picked up a bridal magazine and felt queasy or trawled the internet and felt disheartened by what you didn’t find well, my friend, you are in the right place!
