Have you ever seen anything so beautiful in your life? Model Brianne and the fabulous guys at Redleaf Studios got together to shoot this ethereal, calming, vintage feeling creative shoot. The amazing hair piece was donated by Wascana Flowers. You all should know by now that I’m currently obsessed with instant film so even the polaroid shots at the end are right up my street.
Jeremy & Teylir wanted a day after session with a difference and what’s more unconventional than standing in front of a backdrop in your wedding attire? Well getting half naked and romping around a hotel room that’s what!? After this steamy scene the pair headed out to a beautiful park to get some shots to treasure forever.
I think I need to move to New York. All the cool kids are moving there – including the photographer behind this fabulous engagement session, Lindsey McKinley. The tattoos (of course) the radical yellow bow/net thingy, the long haired groom to be and the Coney Island setting convince me at NYC is definitely optimisation of cool.

Dan is the executive producer for a radio station in Orlando (named Monsters in the Morning no less!) and Andrea is his stunning fiance. They chose Leigh Taylor for their engagement shoot (and upcoming wedding) as they knew she’s produce images worthy of their Rock n Roll credentials! Love. These.
Noah & Rachael had their New Years engagement last Tuesday and I’m so excited to have them to share with you already! Loving the relaxed, beautiful couple..in fact I’m loving it all.
I love this vintage fashion shoot so much! It has such a cool rustic, almost thrown-together feel with all those eclectic details… and who can resist all those candles? Isn’t the light they emit just fantastic? Photographer Katelyn explains:
What do you get when you put together 1 1/2 tables, 2 table-cloths, over 120 candles, 7 lanterns, 6 windows, some pretty awesome containers (jars), and some really cool books? an AWESOME outdoor photo shoot! I did a country vintage shoot that lasted through the day and into the night! It never got higher than 40 degrees but my model roughed it and did a great job.
This Rock the Dress shoot was taken only using a Holga camera (one of my favourites!) and a Vivitar Ultra Wide & Slim (Lamo style camera). The results are a joy of retro style and poise…

Shelly & Jeff had a wedding that perfectly epitomised them. From the turquoise and orange pom poms and the personalised ‘All You Need is Love’ M&Ms to their friend playing ‘Blackbird’ by The Beatles and Dr Seuss’ ‘Oh The Places We Will Go’ as gifts. From the sparrow salt & pepper shakers as a cake topper and succulents as centrepieces to the their customised ‘lunchboxes’ by Pink Avocado..oh yes yes yes! Shelly’s beautiful dress was by Linda Asaf and I love it all!
The awesome Marianne Taylor (who shot my pinky, punky princess shoot) just sent me a selection of her most recent engagement sessions and Sam & Adam’s jumped out at me right away. Not only have I got a unhealthy obsession with toy cameras right now (they used a Diana camera as a prop) but the couple are just to damn right funky for words.
