Words aren’t really needed so much here. I am just loving the laid back surf feel of them all. The images say it all…
Thanks Trish!

You may have seen a few a snippets of this wedding gorgeousness on a number of other blogs, however I’ve gotta go that one step further and get you the full scoop on the wedding behind these glorious images…oh and I know it’s a little off topic but don’t you think they both look like vintage movie stars!? Nathan has definitely got a bit of a James Dean thing going on…
Katie & Nathan’s wedding took place in the Groom’s parent’s back garden. They decided on a simple yet stunning green and white theme which was perfectly reflected in their surroundings. Katie’s dress was a vintage find from online store Vintage Style Clothing and Nathan wore a suit from Zara. Unconventionally the couple had their reception they day before their ceremony. They decided they would rather have a full day to perfectly engross themselves in their temple wedding without feeling at all distracted by the craziness of a reception to follow.
Nathan said:
It worked out perfect for us. Party hard the night before, and enjoy the simplicity of the temple ceremony with family and close friends the day after. Highly recommend it.
A huge thank you to Nathan & Katie for allowing me to share their wedding.

Didn’t I tell you I had a lot of amazingness to catch up on? This is what happens when I have to hold off posting for just one day! (ps keep voting, you have until Sunday)
Jenn & Graham had these crazy portraits taken on their actual wedding day as they decided to set enough time on the day to get some amazing shots (that’s got to be every photographer’s dream right!?) I adore Jenn’s organic dress, it is just so stunning and of course it goes without saying that the cruisers, the Groom style (hot!) and the superhero cake topper are awesome!
This has got to be one of the coolest weddings ever, hence the million photographs I’ve posted alongside this!

Hello and welcome to my little blog. My name is Kat Williams aka the Rock n Roll Bride and my aim is to provide a little haven of kick ass weddingness in a cookie cutter, pastel and often puke-worthy wedding world. If you’ve ever picked up a bridal magazine and felt queasy or trawled the internet and felt disheartened by what you didn’t find well, my friend, you are in the right place!
