The Corpse Bride

With Halloween falling on a Saturday this year and it being a distinctly unconventional theme for a wedding, I have not at all been surprised to receive a number of spooky themed weddings that took place last weekend. I’m kicking today off with Colinne & Shane’s wedding. Some of my favourite details include Colinne’s choice of converse trainers under her dress plus her black diamond engagement ring, the lucky rabbit’s foot that accompanied her bouquet and acted as her ‘something old’. The couple even used the vows from The Corpse Bride as their own!

Shaa–weeeet!

Alyssa & Danny are so sweet they make my teeth hurt. Actually strike that – Alyssa, Danny and Alyssa’s fluffy bunny rabbit are so sweet they make my teeth hurt! Oh yes, the couple brought Elvis the rabbit along for their picnic engagement shoot with Shannon Smith…all together now…‘awwwww!’

Wonderland Wedding

This wedding is so cute I can’t get over it! It is such a magical mystical ‘midsummer night’s dream’ type affair.  I want to pretty much let the amazing photographs speak for themselves..but here are a few details I think you’ll like….
The Ring was made with Yellow Diamonds. 
The Baby rabbit (in the ring photograph – so sweeeeet!) was someones pet that they had just got from the Ranch where the wedding was held.
Her dress was an amazing vintage style that mimicked the Albino Peacocks that roamed the Ranch. 
They had two dogs that they included in the ceremony as ring bearers.
