This British groom and his Texan bride may have met at a Chicago Cubs game but flew back to Texas to get married. Both parties brought some of themselves into their day – most notably in the cakes! Matt must certainly be a football (soccer) fan. I loving Holly’s Justina McCaffrey dress from Belle Vie Bridal Couture in downtown Chicago, the Rock n Roll graffiti portraits (’til death do us part’ how perfect is that!?) and the masquerade ball-esque masks.Â
This bride actually bought a prom dress to wear on her big day as she wanted a little black number! It fitted in perfectly with their venue (an estate) and it’s beautiful and old demeanor – it was full of antiques which suited the couple and their style perfectly. The reception was outside held and decorated with butterflies and moss which certainly made for the perfect backdrop for photographs.
Andhika & Janice’s stunning and playful engagement shoot took place in Perth with the ever lovely David of Jakarta based Axioo Photography. As David said, these are elegantly adorable with a twist – couldn’t have said it better myself.
