Natalie and Aaron wanted a small wedding, that was just for them. They were married at Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne with just nine guests. "The inspiration for our wedding was to have a low key, romantic elopement with beautiful spring flowers all around us", the bride said. "We had originally planned a wedding for around 80 guests which was meant to happen next July, but after I became very anxious and stressed we decided to drop that in favour of our little ceremony. By doing a small ceremony we saved thousands of dollars too."

Ira and MJ wanted a short and sweet sunrise ceremony. They said their vows to each other in front of the Stonewall Inn in Greenwich Village. The inn was a particularly significant place for them to marry as it was the site of the Stonewall riots of 1969, which is widely considered to be the single most important event leading to the gay liberation movement and the modern fight for gay and lesbian rights in the United States.

Jeffery and Amanda eloped at Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum in Ohio. They had just their close friend Andrew as their officiant and his wife, Brittany, as their witness. "We chose our ceremony venue as the gazebo at Lookout Point, the highest natural point in Dayton, OH", Amanda explained. "We picked it because of the abundant vegetation, beautiful architecture, and sentiment. It's the burial place for my mother so it meant a lot to us to be married here."
