This is one of my favourite of the brand new weddings I’ve found (do I say that a lot? oh well!) The couple did nearly everything themselves from the invitations (classy and elegant) to the ceremony and reception flowers to the decorations, and even so far as organizing for all of the men’s suits to be made by a fantastic tailor they found on a trip to Vietnam (via email in broken English!)
I am a little bit (no make that a lot) in love with the Bride’s hair do and veil – how very glamorous… She looks like a movie star of the 40′s!

Regular readers will know I am slightly obsessed with Brides with tattoos so their is simply no way I could not post these pictures! Don’t you just adore th 50′s style of it all?

This wedding has been featured elsewhere but I couldn’t not post – it’s too gorgeous!
I am in love with the colours they chose – and I have a bit of an obsession with that green mac eyeliner! (I have it plus 3 other colours!)
And to top it all off…gorgeous Bridesmaids and dresses – regular readers will know I’m all about the mis-matching Bridesmaid dresses!
What a stunning couple (and what impecable taste!)

I was send these photos by Margaux, the girlfriend (and seemingly uber savvy PR guru – I’ve seen these photos on lot blogs – love it!) of Max Wanger – an editorial and up and coming wedding photographer. She says of these gorgeous images..
To be honest, since Max just decided to start photographing weddings he wanted to do an editorial type shoot to reflect his style. Shoko and Julian didn’t actually get married (yet!), but they are an adorable couple and were thrilled to participate. We all felt that this would be a great way for Max to get his name out there. Hopefully this doesn’t deter you from sharing the photos on your site. Our main goal was to showcase Max’s talent and share his beautiful work with as many people as possible — and for Shoko & Julian to get some really cool pics
Is there anyway I wouldn’t want to post!? Ahem NO!!
So anyway – here’s to getting the photos out there..and I’ll be expecting commission if any of my lovely readers book you! (heehee)

Hello and welcome to my little blog. My name is Kat Williams aka the Rock n Roll Bride and my aim is to provide a little haven of kick ass weddingness in a cookie cutter, pastel and often puke-worthy wedding world. If you’ve ever picked up a bridal magazine and felt queasy or trawled the internet and felt disheartened by what you didn’t find well, my friend, you are in the right place!
