I think I need to move to New York. All the cool kids are moving there – including the photographer behind this fabulous engagement session, Lindsey McKinley. The tattoos (of course) the radical yellow bow/net thingy, the long haired groom to be and the Coney Island setting convince me at NYC is definitely optimisation of cool.
Oooh do I smell a new trend emerging? I was sent yet another engagement featuring vintage records today and I love it. As every sleeve tells a different story on it’s own, using them in a shoot gives each image a completely different vibe.
This autumn bridal shoot is too cute to resist. She’s like a little Alice in Wonderland with her teacup dress and that adorable over sized bow. I want that. I want to wear it everyday everday.

So Autumn is most definitely here huh? Unlike over the pond where Autumn means long, warm evenings frolicking through sunbaked leaves – in the UK reality is often a cold, windy and rainy prelude to winter! Thank goodness we can escape back to longer summer evenings with gorgeous images like these…swoon!
Tyson & Courtney are a quirky and creative couple and so what else would be perfect for their wedding than what full of quirks and creating! The event took place at the house and yards of The Dana Powers House in, where the couple made the day their own with all the personal touches.

You were right Amanda…these most defiantly are right up my street! I don’t know the proper technical term for it (maybe one of you photographic genius’ could help me out so I don’t feel like such a dummy!?) but I am loving the overall tone and hues used in all these images and they have an almost serene feel to them because of it. I guess I can’t explain it very well, but what I’m trying to say is that these are just so so so beautiful and I like them a lot!
