Cara & Ben got married the Valentine Richmond History Center in downtown Richmond, VA. The bride wore her hair + makeup as she normally does day to day because she wanted to look and feel like herself… ths meant she wore no make up at all – can you believe how fab she looks!?

I love these photographs. Having been at the wedding, I feel like they totally represent the atmosphere of the event, from the colors to the expressions on the bride & groom’s faces. So much love! Absolutely beautiful.

I too attended Ben and Cara’s wedding, as the father of the groom and now father in law to Cara. It was a wonderful and very special day for two incredibly special people and their families. The day was flawless, even the rain added to the uniqueness of the event. No one noticed. It all seemed part of the plan.
Kelly covered the event like no other photographer I’ve seen at a wedding. Her pictures will be cherished by out two families for a very long time.
